Shipping and Delivery

All MARS MELON APPARELS LLP orders that are placed on the weekdays are shipped within 24 to 48 hours ( 1 to 2 business days ) from the placement of order on the website. It might take a longer time when the orders are placed on weekends/holidays.

Tracking Your Order 

You will also receive a E-mail & Whatsapp message & Text message confirmation when your order ships with both the carrier and tracking number. You will also get an updated real time order status and shipping information via message at any time with the respective carrier tracking number.

Cash on Delivery

Yes cash on delivery available for all the orders.

You can choose cash on delivery option in the payment options during checkout. However, Our team will verify and re-confirm the order before shipping either via whatsapp or call.

Kindly provide us with the valid contact details, if we are unable to reach you the order will be automatically cancelled.

Free Shipping

On orders amount of above * INR 1000 +, we offer free standard (2 to 8 business days - depends on the region) shipping and standard shipping charges will be applied for the orders below INR 1000 *. 

Note : Order totals are calculated after all sales or promotions are applied and exclude all sales tax & shipping charges.

 

Order Modification / Cancellation

If you decide to cancel or modify your order, please write to us as soon as possible. We will do our best to make the change. If it’s too late for our team to cancel/modify your order, you can return your order to us once you’ve received it.

Refund & Money back Guarantee

We want you to be happy and ensure best service , if for any reasons you are not satisfied with the purchase and If the product has a manufacturing defect. (i.e torn, stains, stitched incorrectly) , Our QC team will inspect the return shipment upon receiving it at our Warehouse. 

We can either offer a replacement product or refund. Return shipping will be borne by us. 

It must be informed to us within 48  hours of receipt.

Please note : We do not guarantee any delivery that has incorrect shipping address information or is not delivered on time due to severe weather or acts of nature that delay the carrier.
